Mapping DNaseI hypersensitive (HS) sites is an accurate method of identifying the location of genetic regulatory elements, including promoters, enhancers, silencers, insulators, and locus control regions. We employed whole genome tiled array strategies to identify DNaseI HS sites within human primary CD4+ T cells.
Filename | Description | Feature | GEO-ID | |
1 | dnaseHS.sga | CD4+ DNase | DNase | - |
The sga file was automatically generated from the original BED file providing the starting and ending postions of mapped sequence tags in the human genome assembly 2006 (NCBI36/hg18).
