Waszak 2015, Variation and genetic control of chromatin architecture in humans.
Description
ChIP-seq against several histone modifications (H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27ac), the transcription factor PU.1 and RNA polymerase II (RPB2)
in lymphoblastoid cell lines from 47 whole-genome sequenced individuals.
BAM files were converted to bed using bamToBed v2.12.0
(bedtools). SGA
conversion was carried out using bed2sga.pl
(ChIP-Seq v. 1.5.2).
