bCatenin ChIP-seq using anti-FLAG antibody and Streptavidin were otained from embryonic stem cells treated by CHIR99021 for 24 hours. Input without IP process were used as the control. Peaks files provided by the authors were also included in the collection.

SRA files were dowloaded from GEO and processed with in-house software to make SGA files. BED files representing enriched region (peaks) were converted into SGA using the peak mid-point as SGA reference position.
